COACHING OBLIGATIONS

It is the responsibility of the Coaching Customer to ensure they arrive 5 minutes before the commencement of the class at the date and time stated on the trial booking confirmation or their block weekly class start time. This is to ensure there is sufficient time to allow for registration and coach briefings.

Where ever possible parents and guardians should spectate from outside the pitch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelling a Free Trial we ask that you give us as much notice as possible so that we can offer the place to the next customer on our waiting list. To cancel a monthly subscription you must contact the centre and indicate that you wish to cancel before the 1st of the Month. Any cancellations occurring on or after the 1st of the Month will not be eligible for a refund.

ADVERSE WEATHER

It is advised to be aware of the weather forecast and dress the children accordingly – some party locations have outside football arenas. There are changing rooms if required.

If the weather is extremely bad and it becomes unsafe for children to play, SoccerWorld reserve the right to cancel a coaching class.

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR

SoccerWorld reserves the right to ask a customer to leave at any time due to inappropriate behaviour.

SoccerWorld will not under any circumstances accept or be liable in respect of any damage to or loss of any goods articles or property of any kind brought into or left at the venue
